Exchange window

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days after receiving the item.

Eligible items

Wrong size, wrong color, damaged item, or product mismatch from the confirmed WhatsApp order.

Condition

Items should be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Supplements

Supplements must be sealed. Opened supplements cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed product fault.
