Delivery & pickup

Times and fees for Dar es Salaam and upcountry.

How fast is delivery in Dar es Salaam?

Same-day delivery in selected areas, usually within 2-5 hours after confirmation. Fees start from TSh 4,000 depending on your district (Kinondoni, Ilala, Temeke, Mbezi, Goba, Kigamboni).

Yes. Upcountry orders go through trusted transport partners, typically arriving in 1-3 days with delivery from TSh 12,000. We confirm the exact cost and timing for your region on WhatsApp.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, pickup is free. Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp we let you know when it is ready for collection in Dar es Salaam.

What if the product is wrong or damaged?
